Is this 'THE' B Dickson? If so, I will look forward to her rich voice. Any more in similar vein?
Thanks

Nice album, many thanks! Hope to see here in the future also Archie Fisher's Orfeo and both Barbara Dickson's LPs on Decca
@radiohug: Yes, this is THE Barbara Dickson in her early folky years and...
@ pooka: Orfeo had already been uploaded a few months ago along with Archie Fishers very first album.
Cheers
This is just to thank you for sharing so much good music with so many invisible friends.
This is a very good album I was looking for. Old Archie was a great man and still is

I saw Archie Fisher recently on his USA concert tour and bought his current CDs. He's looking well! I do miss his BBC Radio Scotland show: the BBC pushed him into retirement last year.
This has been one of my favorite albums since it was shared on the earlier blog (I think). I understand some folk purists hate it and champion the Fat O' Charlie album from around the same time. I did find a '2fer1' CD of Barbara Dickson's two early solo Decca albums on an English label that was reasonably priced. Decca had such a stable of greats back then with Davey Graham, Bread Love & Dreams, Rab Noakes, Archie and Barbara!
