Thanks very much for this, Silent Passage was an album a friend had, and it was played a lot, usually late on a Saturday after a few beers.

Never thought I would see it again

Thanks again

This isn't the same Bob Carpenter who later joined the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, is it?

If my memory is anything like I think it is, then this Bob Carpenter is a Canadian exile, who moved to the USA. An exceptional Singer/Songwriter nevertheless.

Stony Plain Records is releasing eight previously unreleased demo tracks from Bob Carpenter next week, on a digital only download album called "Eight Demos 1979".

Tragically he passed away a few years ago, but these recordings have only just made it into a digital format.
